Global property, made accessible and transparent
Inhouse was built on a simple idea: individual investors deserve the same access, information and buying power as the professionals. By learning together and buying together, our members get opportunities — and prices — they couldn't get on their own.
We focus on ethical, goal-based investing in the UK, Australia and Malaysia. Every opportunity is researched by our sourcing team, checked from ownership to exit, and backed by our own capital before it reaches a member.
Based at Menara UOA Bangsar, we run weekly webinars, UK property seminars, networking events and inspection trips for members across Malaysia.

Dean has lived in Malaysia for 15 years and built Inhouse to give Malaysian investors access to the same quality of global property opportunities he invests in himself. He is a UK property developer and has owned over 100 properties.
