Overview

Malaysia imports around 95% of its animal feed at high prices, while the government invests heavily in building a local beef and dairy industry with incentives and subsidies. Our farm in Gemas grows Napier grass to meet that demand.

Owners earn from up to seven harvests a year. The farm is run by an experienced farm management company with 40 years of Malaysian farming experience, and a natural lake on site supports the crop during dry periods.

Investment structure

A 10-year income investment. Your plot earns from each harvest, and the farm is listed for sale at the end of year 10.

Exit strategy

Income continues until the farm is sold or the 15-year lease ends. If the farm is sold at a higher value than at purchase, owners share in the uplift.
